These Terms of Service govern your use of the 71Security website and dumpster rental services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
71Security provides dumpster rental, delivery, pickup, and junk removal services in Kent, WA and surrounding areas. Service availability, sizing, and pricing are subject to change.
All dumpster rentals are subject to a rental agreement specifying the rental period, dumpster size, permitted materials, and pricing. Overweight charges or extended rental fees may apply.
Hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, batteries, paint, asbestos, and other regulated materials are prohibited. Violations may result in additional fees.
The customer is responsible for ensuring proper placement and use of the dumpster. 71Security is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities unless caused by our negligence.
Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed. We accept all major payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
